Freedom Home Care Announces New Employee and Incentive Program
HIGHLAND PARK, IL (JANUARY 2019) - Freedom Home Care is proud to welcome Grayslake resident Deborah Gross, LPN to its Freedom Home Care and Medical Staffing as the company launches their new employee incentive program. Gross won a trip for two to Las Vegas.
Gross pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a nurse after finding out that dementia runs in her family. "Providing nursing care for the elderly, and those with Dementia holds a special place in my heart. I am very passionate about being a voice for those that no longer have a voice," said Gross, who is a Board-Certified Patient Advocate as well as a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
"We are thrilled to have Deborah on our team," said Francine Brodsky, Freedom Home Care's Director of Business Development. "She is a Dementia expert and will provide great assistance to clients and their families who are dealing with this condition."
In addition, Freedom Home Care launched an incentive program to award new employees and keep up positive morale when servicing clients. "Deborah was a recent recipient of a Las Vegas trip for two and tickets to Cirque de Soleil," adds Brodsky.
