Manufacturing Information Session to be held Jan. 3 at Forest View

There is a high demand for manufacturing jobs and a high paying and rewarding manufacturing career is within your reach.

District 214 Community Education is offering a free Manufacturing Information Session at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 3, at Forest View Educational Center, 2121 S. Goebbert Road in Arlington Heights.

At the information session, participants can learn about training programs and jobs in the manufacturing field. Representatives who speak Spanish, Polish and Russian will also be present at the session. Scholarships and grants are available for qualified students.

District 214 Community Education offers free classes in math, English and basic reading skills and will help students create a roadmap to achieve their manufacturing dream job.
