Buffalo Grove, St. Viator earn wins

Nate Cole scored 20 points and Tom Trieb added 16 Friday night as Buffalo Grove defeated Wheeling 69-49 in a Mid-Suburban League East boys basketball game.

Kam Craft added 12 points for the Bison and Michael Nowakowski had 11.

Michael Best led Wheeling with 19 points.

St. Viator 59, Joliet Catholic 32: Jeremiah Hernandez had 21 points to lead the Lions to an East Suburban Catholic Conference win. Connor Kochera added 16 points for St. Viator and Trey Calvin had 10.
