Piece O'Chord to bring Christmas tunes to Hampshire library

The popular concert series returns to Ella Johnson Memorial Public Library in Hampshire.

Each month, there will be a different musician or band playing live music at the library. Relax and listen to artists playing a variety of music in this special, after-hours event.

No registration is necessary and each concert is free.

This month, the featured guests will be Piece O'Chord performing a special Christmas concert at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, at the library, 109 S. State St.

This women's quartet has been singing together since 2009. They have performed at many venues including St Charles Live, Geneva Christmas Walk, various Cantigny summer concerts, Association for Individual Development functions, and private parties.

Piece O'Chord has competed in Harmony Inc. area singing contests and performed at various conventions. The quartet is part of Misty River Makers and features
