Wauconda District 118 board to meet

Wauconda Unit School District 118 board members will hold a special meeting Thursday to choose a new president. The board's current president, John Armstrong, is stepping down from that position but will remain on the board, officials said. The meeting is set for 7 p.m. at Wauconda High School, 555 N. Main St., Wauconda.
