IPM receives Baldridge Quality Award
BURR RIDGE - Integrated Project Management Co. has achieved the 2018 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the highest level of national recognition for performance excellence of a U.S. organization. IPM is one of five organizations to win the 2018 Award. The award is granted annually to American organizations in six categories to raise awareness of quality management and excellence in quality systems, based on the systems perspective, core concepts and values of the Baldrige Excellence Framework. IPM will receive the Presidential-level honor in the Small Business category at a ceremony during the 31st annual Quest for Excellence Conference in April 2019. The national Award follows affiliate Baldrige Program recognition IPM received in 2017 at the state level with the 2017 ILPEx Gold Award for Achievement of Excellence. "Achievement of this recognition is indisputable external validation of the passionate focus we have applied to establishing, growing, and sustaining a company that is driven by our values-based culture, obsession with high quality, and a commitment to creating a customer experience differentiated by professional conduct and performance that is second to none," said C. Richard Panico, IPM's founder, president and CEO.
