Airport lot has problems

Your article on the new O'Hare was on the money. I used the new lot two weeks ago - Sunday 6:30 p.m. I make several drop offs and pickups at O'Hare each year. It was hard to get to. It took several laps inside the lot to finally get a place to park. It's too small. No board showing flight arrivals. Had to leave and go through all the terminals to get to Terminal 5, international. I will never use it again.
