Little characters populate Mini Comic Con in Lincolnshire

Fans of all stripes were invited to the fifth annual Mini Comic Con held Saturday at the Vernon Area Public Library in Lincolnshire.

The day celebrated comics, books, movies, games and other pop culture obsessions.

Fans had the chance to don costumes based on characters from books, movies, television shows, comics and video games, including ones from "Star Wars," "Star Trek," "Harry Potter," "Doctor Who," Minecraft, Disney and Marvel, among others.
