• An Xbox One, PlayStation3, controllers and other video games, a total estimated value of $550, were stolen between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Oct. 23 from a house on the 100 block of Kings Road near Carpentersville.

Geneva

• Israel E. Zegiel, 37, of the 200 block of Main Street, Gays Mills, Wisconsin, was arrested and charged with theft under $500 and felony aggravated battery of a police officer at 8:45 p.m. Oct. 18, according to a police report. Zegiel is accused of leaving a restaurant on the 300 block of Crescent Place without paying for his meal or 14 drinks and he later spit chewing tobacco in an officer's face, according to police and Kane County court records.
