Elk Grove McDonald's holds grand reopening after renovations
The McDonald's restaurant at 1450 Busse Road in Elk Grove Village held a grand reopening this week after undergoing major renovations inside and out, including an updated dining room with food delivered to tables, an electronic ordering kiosk, and mobile order pickup.
The restaurant opened at that location in 1977; it was rebuilt in the mid-1980s and has been upgraded over the years. Bear Family Restaurants purchased the location in 2014.
Owner/operator David Bear was joined by officials from McDonald's corporate offices, the village and chamber for a ribbon cutting Wednesday.
