J.C. Anderson completes build out for Northwestern Mutual in Downers Grove

ELMHURST - J.C. Anderson completed a space renovation and reconfiguration for Northwestern Mutual, 1901 Butterfield Road Downers Grove.

Located within Hamilton Partner's Esplanade IV, the firm relocated 22,000 square feet from the 4th to the 3rd floor. J.C. Anderson reconfigured the new space to enhance the flow of operations consistent with the financial services industry. Construction included the addition of new private offices, open work space, meeting areas, as well as modern finishes and amenities throughout.

"It was imperative to the client that we provide the most cost-efficient approach to constructing the new space," said Joe Maguire, project executive for J.C. Anderson. "Our extensive corporate interior experience along with our thorough value engineering exercises ensured the client that we will not only achieve cost efficiencies, but also a space that fit their current and future requirements."

J.C. Anderson's Maguire oversaw the construction team which included Mike Ruffolo as project manager and Gary Kuechler as superintendent. Whitney provided the architectural services and Avison Young represented Northwestern Mutual in the lease negotiations.
