Replace 'cry babies'

The Cubs replaced hitting coach Chili Davis after one year with Anthony Lapoce from the Texas Rangers. How ridiculous.

If ball players making millions per year can't motivate themselves, it's time to trade the "cry babies."

When are professional sports teams actually going to hold players accountable for subpar performance? The Cubs team has several.

Instead of blaming coaches, let's get real and put the blame at the feet of those players. Trade them, because there is always some team that will excuse their lack of competitiveness.
