Glenbrook North 38, Vernon Hills 18: The host Spartans won the regular-season finale to improve to 7-2 and finish 4-1 in the Central Suburban League North Division.

Vernon Hills, which misses the state playoffs for the second year in a row, finishes 3-6 and 1-4 in the CSL North.
