Work out with puppies at Advocate Good Shepherd fitness center
Rescue Warriors and Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital Health and Fitness Center near Lake Barrington will present Puppies, Planks and More on Sunday, Oct. 21. Set from 11 a.m. to noon and costing $20, the full-body workout will be adaptable for all skill levels and include puppies. Children 8 and up are welcome with a parent in attendance.
