Grains lower, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were lower Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. delivery fell 5.2 cents at $5.1300 a bushel; Dec. corn was down 3.8 cents at $3.7160 a bushel; Dec. oats lost 6 cents at $2.952 a bushel while Nov. soybeans declined 13.4 cents at 8.7260 a bushel.
Beef higher, pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Oct. live cattle rose .08 cent at $1.1300 a pound; Oct. feeder cattle was up .8 cent at $1.5492 a pound; Oct. lean hogs lost 2.8 cents at .5240 a pound.
