I prepared a Grilled Mediterranean Flatbread, w/Honey Mustard dipping sauce. I chose this dish because I love the use of fresh ingredients with the flavor of the bread. I wasn't looking forward to using the mackerel, and you have to balance to fish and other components. I really enjoyed making the flatbread; it was super easy. I decided to go with the Mediterranean style of cooking because the flavors stand out. My testers were surprised that they liked the canned mackerel. I really enjoyed this basket because I was able to make a simple dish, and loved the look of the finished product.
