Walk to Remember honors babies Sunday in Arlington Heights

Northwest Community Healthcare will host its annual event to honor and remember babies lost through miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth and newborn death during its Walk to Remember at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 14.

The event includes a memorial service in the hospital auditorium, 800 W. Central Road, a walk around the hospital grounds, a gathering in the Renew Through Sharing Memorial Garden and refreshments. Bereaved parents, children, family members, friends and employees are all welcome to attend.

Some 50 families attend the annual event, which is presented by a hospital program that supports families grieving the loss of a baby.
