Veterans invited to ceremony at Mundelein High

Mundelein-area veterans are invited to participate in a solemn Veterans Day assembly Nov. 9 at Mundelein High School, 1350 W. Hawley St. The event is set for 9 a.m. Last year's event drew more than 80 veterans. Interested veterans should register online at goo.gl/ZLA7WK. They may also call Social Studies department leader Chris Lagioia at (847) 949-2200, ext. 1156. The registration deadline is Nov. 2. Participating veterans should arrive at the district office building, just west of the high school, between 7:45 and 8 a.m.
