Complimentary Health Screenings, Wednesday, October 17th, 1:30-3:00 p.m.

LAKE BLUFF, IL (OCT. 17, 2018) - Freedom Home Care, one of Chicagoland's leading and most respected home care agencies, is proud to host its inaugural Health Fair on Wednesday, October 17th from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. at The Sheridan at Green Oaks, 29330 Waukegan Rd., Lake Bluff, Il 60044.

The Sheridan at Green Oaks first Health Fair will feature complimentary blood pressure and hearing screenings, acupuncture, medical equipment, and GYROTONIC® demonstrations, as well as flu shots with Medicare or insurance card. Refreshments will be served.

For the past five years, Freedom Home Care has been recognized for hosting health fairs at senior living facilities across the northern suburbs.
