District 214 workshop offers help with FAFSA
Need help submitting your FAFSA?
Seniors in High School District 214 and their parents are invited to attend a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) workshop to get assistance completing and submitting the college financial aid form.
A workshop in English will be held Tuesday, Oct. 9, and another workshop in Spanish will be Thursday, Oct. 11.
Both evenings will have sessions at 6:30 and 7:45 p.m. The workshops will be held in the library at Wheeling High School, 900 S. Elmhurst Road, in Wheeling.

Students are required to create an FSA ID, https://fsaid.ed.gov/, before attending FAFSA completion night.
Parents planning to attend are asked to bring a copy of their 2017 taxes, bank statements, if applicable, student's Social Security number, an asset summary (excluding home equity or retirement information) and, if applicable, alien registration number, as well as date of marriage, separation, divorce, or other change in marital status.
