Mae and John P. Calamos, Sr. earn chamber honor

The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce named Mae and John P. Calamos, Sr. of Calamos Investments the 2018 Outstanding Chamber Members.

For the fourth year the Chamber has honored a member for their dedication and devotion to the organization. For the first time a couple is being recognized.

"It is because of our members that we're able to provide the necessary resources for our businesses community, and our members help to drive our success," said Nicki Anderson, NACC President & CEO. "Mr. And Mrs. Calamos exemplify giving back to the community. In addition to their philanthropic contributions, they continue to increase the workforce in our area by growing successful businesses. Further, they continue to invest in this community with the intention of cementing a great future for residents and business. That is why John and Mae were a natural selection for Outstanding Member of the Year."

This recognition is not an award, but rather an opportunity to extend appreciation for chamber members who continue to go above and beyond to help the NACC to function more effectively.
