Wheeling celebrates Oktoberfest

Wheeling celebrated Oktoberfest Saturday afternoon and evening at Performance Pavilion at Heritage Park, 201 Community Blvd.

The event was put on by the Wheeling Park District, and featured food, beer, music and merriment.

Entertainment was provided by IPA (International Polka Association) Tribute Band and 7th heaven.
