Grains mostly higher, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mostly higher Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec. delivery fell 7.20 cents at $5.2340 a bushel; Dec. corn rose 1 cent at $3.6120 a bushel; Dec. oats was up 3.40 cents at $2.60 a bushel while Nov. soybeans gained 10.60 cents at 8.54 a bushel.

Beef was mixed and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct. live cattle was off .65 cent at $1.1205 a pound; Sep. feeder cattle was rose .02 cent at $1.5642 a pound; Oct. lean hogs was up .80 cent at .6190 a pound.
