St. Edward 1, Riverside-Brookfield 1: The Green Wave won 4-3 on penalty kicks in the PepsiCo Showdown, their second straight win on PKs.

Josh Johansen scored a penalty kick for St. Edward (8-1-1) in regulation, and Evan Sajtar made 4 saves. Uriel Carachure drew the PK, which came with under five minutes remaining.

In the shootout, the Green Wave netted shots from Carachure, Jackson Godfrey, Johansen and Carson Scarnegie, while Sajtar saved 2 of the 5 RB shots. Next up for the Wave is the semifinals of the PepsiCo on Saturday.

Wheaton Warrenville South 2, Huntley 1: Joey Stout scored for Huntley (0-8) on an assist from Josh Guyer in the 76th minute.

Morton 1, Streamwood 0: Morton scored on its only shot on goal, dropping the Sabres to 6-2.
