Elk Grove Village Board Appoints Two New Committee Members

At the Village Board Meeting on August 14, 2018, two new members were appointed to the Village's volunteer boards and commission. Rosanna DeFrenza was appointed to the Plan Commission, and Richard Romanski was appointed to fill the vacancy she left on the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Rosanna DeFrenza began serving as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals in 2013, and is now continuing to serve the Village in a new role as a Plan Commissioner. Following her swearing-in to this new role, Rosanna mentioned being grateful for the opportunity to give back a little bit of what the Elk Grove community has given her home, family and business.

Richard Romanski lives in Elk Grove Village with his family and completed an application for appointment to serve on a volunteer board or commission with the Village. Following his swearing-in to the Zoning Board of Appeals, Richard expressed his commitment to serving his adopted hometown.

Elk Grove Village thanks both Richard and Rosanna for dedicating their time to serve the community in these volunteer positions.
