Girls golf: Prospect tops Lyons Township

Prospect's girls golf team got to pose in a picture with former White Sox World Series winning manager Ozzie Guillen prior to its dual meet with Lyons Township on Saturday at Cog Hill.

Then the Knights went out and hit a home run on the famed course.

Prospect won the 18-hole match 320-408 as Kelly Kavanagh led the way with a 70.

She was followed by Amanda Stein (80), Emily Fleming (83) and Olivia Accardi (87).
