Girls golf: Conant goes to 3-1 in MSL

Conant's Michelle Zhang earned medalist honors with a 41 on the par-35 front nine of the Fox Run Golf Links on Wednesday to help lead the Cougars (186) to wins over Elk Grove (196) and Schaumburg (207) in the Mid-Suburban League tri meet.

The other top scorers for the Cougars (3-1 in the league) were Alyssa Brand (46), Arena Shah (49) and Sydney Tong (50)

Tatiana Cooper (47) led the Saxons (2-4) while Lauren Christians and Araha Uday each shot 51s.

Teodora Evtimova shot a 48 for EG (2-2) followed by Reyna Shino (49), Anna Sprenger (49) and Maggie Cronin (50).
