Clarke Packing and Crating moves to Bartlett

Newmark Knight Frank recently arranged a long-term, 108,163-square-foot lease to Clarke Packing & Crating Company at 1365-1395 Brewster Creek Blvd. in Bartlett.

The property is a new, state-of-the-art 186,000-square-foot industrial building located within the Brewster Creek Business Park.

The lease was signed with Clarke Packing & Crating Co., who currently leases 63,000 square feet at 4150 Chandler Drive in Hanover Park. Due to the company's growth, the firm is relocating to Bartlett. While NKF represented ownership in the negotiations, George Pappas of Hartford Associates represented Clarke Packing & Crating Company. This transaction leaves 77,837 square feet remaining available for lease, featuring 16 exterior docks, one grade-level door, 174 car parking spaces. Dedicated on-site trailer parking is also available.

Senior managing directors Elise Couston and Adam Marshall, along with Director Mark Deady worked on behalf of the owner, Barings Real Estate, part of Barings LLC, acting on behalf of institutional investors. NKF is the exclusive leasing agent and property manager of the property.
