Better care for the elk

I'm writing this about the article in the Aug. 8 Daily Herald about the dead elk. The two men that were in charge of an easy task for taking care of the elk were only given a written reprimand. How easy was it to make sure those beautiful animals had enough water? Officials should fire both those employees and look into a better way of taking care of those animals.
