Rooney town hall Aug. 20 in Rolling Meadows

State Sen. Tom Rooney will host a town-hall meeting Monday, Aug. 20, in Rolling Meadows to discuss issues facing the state and Northwest suburbs.

The Rolling Meadows Republican, representing the 27th district, will provide an update on the spring legislative session and take questions and suggestions from constituents.

The event is from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the council chambers of Rolling Meadows city hall, 3600 Kirchoff Road.
