Chet Coppock debuts new book Wednesday in Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights Memorial Library will host the official debut of longtime Chicago sportscaster Chet Coppock's new book Wednesday night.

Coppock will discuss “Your Dime, My Dance Floor: Chet Coppock in Pursuit of Chet Coppock” from 7:30 to 9 p.m., as part of the library's free Books and Brews series at Eddie's Restaurant and Lounge, 10 Northwest Highway in Arlington Heights.

Appetizers will be served and no library card is required for Coppock's book chat and signing. Coppock delves into his professional and personal lives in his latest book. Ol' Chester packed a private room for the library's series at Eddie's in November for a book he co-wrote with Otis Wilson, a linebacker on the Bears' Super Bowl XX championship team.
