Open burning, too

In response to Meg Fischer's letter, I have to mention that cigarettes in the park are nothing compared to them allowing open burning. There are supposed to be some restrictions, but people burn anything and everything. It's so bad, many times, you can even have a window open. And, of course, these people always make the fire in the farthest part of their yard, away from their house.
