Philanthropy expert to give talk, answer questions at Barrington White House

More than 100 seats are remaining for a free talk and Q&A with a leading national philanthropy expert at the Barrington White House Tuesday, Aug. 7.

Eric Joranson, a member of the National Philanthropic Trust, will provide advice on customizing charitable planning, covering donor-advised funds, private foundations, endowments, charitable trusts and gifts of assets, such as real estate, stocks and more. After the presentation, Joranson will open the floor to audience questions.

At 6:30 p.m., a docent will lead a tour of the White House, and Joranson's program will run from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
