Values-based reform
What a mess we as a nation have with regards to immigration. Reform of our laws is needed, but it has not happened in the past 20 or more years. The adversarial attitudes of Democrats and Republicans and lack of cooperation has stymied reform. In order to achieve a solution, our elected officials need to step back and consider actions based on Gospel values and work for common good and moral responses all the challenges face.
