Three taken to hospitals after Inverness crash
Three people were taken to the hospital Sunday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash in Inverness, fire officials said.
The collision occurred about 1:40 p.m. at Freeman and Ela roads, said Lt. Roger Fyke of the Palatine Rural Fire Protection District. The intersection was closed for about an hour after the crash.
The patients, all adults, were treated with advanced life support techniques and taken to local hospitals, Fyke said. Their conditions were unknown.
