Romance author coming to Naperville

Best-selling romance author Colleen Hoover will be in Naperville next month to discuss her new book "All Your Perfects."

Her appearance, sponsored by Anderson's Bookshop, is scheduled for 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, at Wentz Concert Hall, 171 E. Chicago Ave., on the campus of North Central College. Tickets are required and exclusively available at ColeenHoover2Andersons.brownpapertickets.com.

"All Your Perfects" is about a damaged couple whose potential future hinges on promises made in the past. The heartbreaking page-turner asks: Can a resounding love with a perfect beginning survive a lifetime between two imperfect people?

Hoover is the author of "Slammed," "Point of Retreat," "This Girl," "Hopeless," "Losing Hope" and "Finding Cinderella." She has won the Goodreads Choice Award for Best Romance three years in a row for "Confess" (2015), "It Ends with Us" (2016), and "Without Merit" (2017). "Confess" was adapted into a seven-episode online series.

In 2015, Hoover and her family founded The Bookworm Box, a bookstore and monthly subscription service offering signed novels donated by authors. All profits are given to various charities each month to help those in need.
