District 15 tentative budget with spending over revenue

Palatine Township Elementary District 15 has a tentative 2018-19 budget showing about $158 million in revenue with expenditures at roughly $163 million. Officials said the projected deficit is due primarily to capital projects spending. District 15 is expected to have excess revenue over expenditures starting in the 2019-20 school year.
