How to stop the shootings and killings

Bring back the majority of our military from overseas, convert them to police, to patrol our schools and streets and borders instead of patrolling foreign countries.

All people going in schools must pass a security check just like when getting on an airplane.

Our empire must be reduced. All these needless, endless, pointless wars are ruining us. If all able-bodied people had to serve in these wars they would soon end. We are becoming a hard shell with a rotten core. Use the money saved to improve the infrastructure, schools, safety and health care of the US and the countries we have wrongly invaded. Money should be used for humanitarian things instead of fighting.

Provide the same excellent education and training to all children regardless of who they are or where they live.

Provide good jobs after education that provide a sense of accomplishment, dignity, discipline and self respect. The elite can bring jobs back to the U.S. regardless of trade agreements instead of exploiting foreign workers and environment. All the stuff we buy made overseas is not made by computers. It all used to be made here. And even if computers now are used, the related jobs are here.

Enact some reasonable, sensible gun regulations like background checks, restrictions on semi-automatic and automatic guns, restrictions on high capacity magazines, insurance for gun ownership, time, training and age requirements for gun ownership.

There is no perfect solution. But all these measures along with others and current laws can prevent, dissuade, or delay someone from killing, maiming, wounding, injuring, ruining lives. All precautions have to be taken. Who knows what particular thing or things will prevent a person from shooting.

This is worth taking all measures possible.
