Flat Cats to play Hoffman Estates Village Green June 21

The Flat Cats will swing by Hoffman Estates' Village Green at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 21, as part of the "Summer Sounds on the Green" concert series.

The Flat Cats, based in Chicago, play a range of vintage and modern music rooted in the hottest swinging jazz and blues, contemporary classics, and timeless standards.

The Virginia Mary Hayter Village Green is at 5510 Prairie Stone Parkway, across the street from the Sears Centre Arena in the Poplar Creek at 59/90 Entertainment District.

Admission is free. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair to the amphitheater. Picnics are welcome.
