Town halls and violence

Recently a letter writer stated that Democrats were creating violence at town hall meetings. To the best of my knowledge, I know of no time that the Daily Herald reported any violence at a town hall.

More to the point, the letter writer talked about the 6th District, the district I live in.

Again, to the best of my knowledge, there has been no violence. The only thing that has happened are people standing on the sidewalks with signs and voicing their opinions.

Most pertinent is that since Peter Roskam chooses to ignore his constituents by only having town hall meetings where his campaign chooses those allowed in to the very few town hall meetings, there are no Democrats allowed. Hence, if there is violence, it's from Republicans.
