Local team's show of patriotism appreciated

On the opening day for the Chicago Dogs, there was a picture on the front page of the Daily Herald Sports page. I was impressed that the entire team stood for the national anthem with their caps on their hearts. This team exemplifies what all sports teams and individuals should be doing.

Thank you, Chicago Dogs, for the example you have set for all teams and individuals in our wonderful nation.
