School bus from Arlington Heights in minor crash

No injuries were reported Monday when a school bus carrying students from South Middle School in Arlington Heights was involved in a minor crash near Navy Pier in Chicago.

The bus was one of seven bringing the school's eighth grade class back to South from a field trip to the entertainment complex when the crash occurred Monday afternoon, said Adam Harris, spokesman for Arlington Heights Elementary School District 25.

The crash delayed students' return by about an hour, Harris said.
