Ideas with no costs

School safety is a very real concern, but why does it have to cost thousands if not millions in Illinois to resolve? Illinois has a history of reinventing the wheel just to put their own name on it. Example is the I-PASS. The majority of the country uses EZ-PASS Let's mimic the TSA-like system. Airports, one-way in and only exits which allow egress. All doors locked. It works in court houses, government building. We don't need police to be the trolls, but resource officers to monitor it. Just adding my thoughts that cost the state nothing.
