Summer Art Festival coming to Lake Bluff June 16-17

The Artists on the Bluff will present a Summer Art Festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, June 16-17, on the Lake Bluff Village Green.

The festival will be a lively community happening with pop-up artists' tents, live music playing from the gazebo, a children's craft tent and picnic-type food vendors.

The Artists on the Bluff are an eclectic group of artists drawn together to share their talent and experience and to exhibit with each other Their artwork includes oil paintings, watercolors and acrylics, as well as contemporary paper marbling and multimedia collage. Other artistic media range from sculpture, woodblock painting and jewelry making, to fine art photography, digital imagery and poster design.

Artists on the Bluff members have been widely exhibited in solo and group shows and galleries; their works are in private and public collections nationwide.
