Sex assault charges against Rolling Meadows teen dismissed

Cook County prosecutors dismissed sexual assault charges against a Rolling Meadows teen, court records show.
A spokeswoman confirmed the Cook County state's attorney's office dropped charges against 18-year-old Kendrick McKissack.
"Beyond that we have no further comment," the spokeswoman said.
According to prosecutors, McKissack and a 15-year-old girl met in March and exchanged phone numbers. The girl made the assault accusation a month later, prosecutors said.
