Palatine library kicks off summer reading program June 2

Palatine Public Library District will kick off its summer reading program with a celebration from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 2, at the main library, 700 N. North Court in Palatine.

The all-ages event will feature games and activities for children, including bingo and face painting. Children also will get to visit a craft station to make a dragon to take home.
