Lake Zurich 3, Grayslake North 1: The Bears snapped a two-game losing streak with the nonconference win, as Rachel Krueger scored twice.

Kristin Brousseau also scored for Lake Zurich (10-2-3), while Tess Vages and Abby Willock had assists as well. Claire Jones had 7 saves in net for the Bears.

"It was a good bounce-back win for us," Lake Zurich coach Michael Castronova said. "We've had some close games this week, but got back on track tonight. We got back to playing our game, played tough D, and finished our chances."

Warren 1, Maine South 1: Courtney Chomko scored for Warren off an assist from Cate Cullison in the nonconference match.

Sarah Barbosa had 6 saves in net for Warren (8-10-2), which closes out the regular season on Friday against Deerfield.

Round Lake 2, McHenry 2: Dana Devera had a goal and an assist for Round Lake in its nonconference draw.

Kimberly Salgado also scored for the Panthers, and Anna Vazquez had an assist.
