Wauconda 0, Mundelein 0: Goalie Jill Rejczyk had 3 saves for Wauconda.

"Both teams were able to get good possession. This was a very even match," Wauconda coach Beau Shogren said. "I felt like we had more scoring opportunities, but we were having trouble finding that finishing touch. One golden chance in the first half saw Kayla Wisniewski crossing a ball through the area to Rachel DeNovo, only to have her shot cleared at the line by a defender.

"In the second half, our best chance came on a corner from Morgan Lung to a Kayla Wisniewski header, which was again cleared by a defender on the line. Both teams played organized defense and limited the chances. It was as good a match as a 0-0 result could be."

Rachel Moore had 2 goals for the Sequoits.
