Jersey Mike's coming to Rolling Meadows

A new Jersey Mike's sub shop is expected to open in May on Golf Road in Rolling Meadows, officials said. The city issued the business an interior remodel permit in March for the location at 1450 Golf Road, located in a strip mall with Panda Express and American Mattress. The sandwich shop will replace The Mug Coffee shop, which closed in February after more than two years in business.
