Schaumburg got 3 goals from Emily Lazarevic to earn a 5-3 victory over visiting Hoffman Estates on Thursday in Mid-Suburban West girls lacrosse.

Emily Nakano stopped 17 shots for the Saxons in the defensive battle.

Joanna Mulica scored twice to lead the effort for Hoffman Estates.

Barrington 14, Conant 7: The host Fillies got off to a winning start in Mid-Suburban West play and improved to 4-0 overall.
